Fox Lake is the western edge of the Chain O' Lakes. Lake homes dominate — Pistakee Bay, Eagle Point. Many were built as summer homes in the 1950s–1970s and converted to year-round use, which means undersized mechanicals, weather-tight problems, and lots of deck and exterior work. Inland, you've got post-war ranches and 1990s–2000s subdivisions.
Thirty minutes from our shop. Fox Lake is one of our more lake-home-heavy markets. We do a lot of deck refinishing, exterior maintenance, and weatherproofing here.
