Most calls answered within an hour during business hours. We'll talk through the job and quote a price range or schedule an in-home estimate.

Written scope and price
For handyman work, the price is set before we drive out. For remodels, you get a written scope with line-item allowances after the in-home visit.

Scheduled work
Crystal Lake and the immediate area are usually same-week. Cities further out get batched. We confirm the day before.

Paid when done
Walk-through at the end of the visit or project. Pay when you're satisfied with the work. No deposit on small jobs; remodels are progress-billed.
Honest scope
What we won't do.
We turn down work that doesn't fit our scope. If your job needs a licensed trade or specialist we don't run, we'll tell you and point to someone who does it well.
