Home built before 1978? Tell us before scheduling. We do not disturb existing painted surfaces until lead-safe eligibility is confirmed.

Process

How a furniture assembly visit goes.

    Inventory

    Open the boxes, check parts against the manifest, flag missing hardware before we start.

  2. 2

    Assemble

    Build per the instructions. Right tools, right torque, no stripped screws.

  3. 3

    Place and anchor

    Move the piece where you want it. Anchor heavy items to a stud so they don't tip.

  4. 4

    Clean

    Break down the cardboard, vacuum any debris, haul the packaging if you want.

Frequently asked questions

How do you estimate assembly work?
Send the product links or model numbers, the number of pieces, and where they need to go. We provide a free estimate after reviewing the instructions, placement, and any anchoring requirements.
Will you anchor furniture to the wall?
Yes, and we recommend it for any tall dresser, bookcase, or wardrobe. Tip-overs kill kids — anchoring is 10 minutes and the brackets are usually included with the piece. If they aren't, we bring them.
Can you take the boxes when you leave?
We break the cardboard down so it fits in your bin. If you want us to haul it, we can — there's a small disposal fee depending on volume.
Do you assemble grills?
Yes, gas and charcoal. We don't connect propane tanks or run gas lines, but we'll get the grill assembled and the propane tank seated.
What if parts are missing?
We pause, document what's missing, and you can either source the parts and we come back, or we can call the retailer with you on the line. We don't charge for the time we spend waiting on missing parts that aren't our fault.
Can you assemble a swing set or trampoline?
Yes. These take longer — full afternoon for most swing sets, half day for a trampoline. We level the ground best we can, but if the yard slopes more than a couple of inches, you may want to look at leveling first.
