Website estimates are free and are not a binding acceptance of work. The final scope, schedule, responsibilities, and payment terms will be documented before work is authorized.

Free estimates and project agreements

This website does not publish a price list or starting rates. Estimates are prepared after reviewing the requested scope, materials, access, existing conditions, and known dependencies. The signed contract or work order controls the authorized work.

Scheduling and cancellations

We make every effort to keep scheduled appointments. If we need to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the next available time. Any cancellation or rescheduling terms that apply to a specific job will be stated in its accepted work order.

Workmanship and follow-up terms

Any workmanship, follow-up, or manufacturer terms that apply to a project will be stated in its signed contract or work order, including duration, exclusions, and responsibility. No separate coverage should be inferred from general website copy.

Project scope and requirements

Services offered and project requirements vary by location and scope. Before work begins, the signed contract or work order will identify the work Built Solid Home Services will perform and any customer-provided materials, third-party trades, permits, inspections, or documentation required. We do not sell stand-alone plumbing or electrical service as handyman work. When a remodeling scope depends on a licensed trade or authority approval, the signed agreement identifies the responsible party before the affected work begins.
