In-home estimate
We come measure, photograph, and talk through what you want to change. Free.
- Step 2
Scope and proposal
Written proposal with allowances for cabinets, counters, appliances. You see every number.
- Step 3
Design review
Cabinet layouts, tile selections, plumbing and electrical locations. Nothing ordered until you sign off.
- Step 4
Demo and rough-in
Demo, licensed trades for plumbing and electrical rough-in, inspection where required.
- Step 5
Finish and handoff
Cabinets, counters, backsplash, paint, hardware. Punch list walk, photos, warranty paperwork.
