Do you take full gut kitchen remodels?
Yes. Full gut kitchen remodels are what Josh has done for years: demolition, new cabinets, surfaces, and finishes, and layout changes once we've checked the walls, plumbing, and electrical.
Can you change the kitchen layout?
Often, yes. Moving walls, appliances, plumbing, or electrical makes it a bigger job. We look at all of that when we come see it and put it in the written plan before you sign off.
Are kitchen-remodel estimates free?
Yes. We look at what's there now, the layout, cabinets, surfaces, fixtures, appliances, and any plumbing or electrical, then give you an estimate for your kitchen at no charge.
Who handles permits and licensed-trade work?
It depends on your town and the job. Before work starts, the written plan says what permits are needed, which work goes to a licensed plumber or electrician, and who is handling each piece.
When will I get a timeline?
Once the plan, your selections, and delivery dates are settled. We set the schedule before construction instead of advertising one timeline for every kitchen.
