Do you take full gut and whole-home remodels?
Yes. The first visit sorts out what stays, what changes, whether you'll be living there, and what structural, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC work the job needs.
Can you handle several rooms as one project?
Yes. That's the point: one plan for connected rooms instead of separate jobs that end up redoing each other's work.
Can we live in the house during construction?
Sometimes. It depends on the rooms involved, utilities, dust, access, and how much disruption you can live with. We decide that together in the plan, not with a blanket promise.
How do you handle structural, plumbing, and electrical work?
Josh has taken out load-bearing walls and lifted and leveled settled houses. When we come see it, we sort out what needs an engineer, a licensed plumber or electrician, or a permit. The written plan says what's included, who handles it, and what has to be done before walls get closed up.
Are whole-home remodeling estimates free?
Yes. We walk the house, measure, talk through selections and phasing, and figure out what else the job depends on, then give you an estimate at no charge.
