Whole-Home Remodeling

How it works

Our process, step by step.

  1. Step 1

    Whole-home walk

Full house walk, photograph every room to be touched, discuss priorities and phasing. Free.

  2. Step 2

    Scope and phasing plan

Proposal with phase-by-phase budget and timeline. Decide what's Phase 1 vs Phase 2.

  3. Step 3

    Design and selections

All rooms and selections locked in one pass so trades don't have to revisit decisions.

  4. Step 4

    Execution

Sequenced demo, rough-in, and finish by room so you can still live in the house if that's the plan.

  5. Step 5

    Handoff

Punch list walk of every room, photos, warranty paperwork.

Frequently asked questions

Can I live in the house during a whole-home remodel?
Sometimes. It depends on which rooms, whether the kitchen is touched, and your tolerance for construction noise. We'll give you an honest read during the walk.
Is a whole-home remodel cheaper than doing rooms one at a time?
Usually yes — about 10–20% — because we only mobilize once, only schedule trades once, and don't have to rework adjacent finishes each time.
How long does a whole-home remodel take?
4–9 months depending on how many rooms are involved and whether there's structural work. We phase the project so you can still use parts of the house while other sections are under construction.
Do you handle all the permits for a multi-room project?
Yes. We pull a single master permit that covers the full scope — framing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical — and coordinate all inspections. One permit, one schedule, one point of contact.
What's included in the estimate?
Everything from demo through final punch list — framing, drywall, paint, trim, flooring, tile, fixtures, and trade coordination. Cabinets, countertops, and appliances are listed as allowances so you can see exactly where every dollar goes.
