Frequently asked questions
Do I need existing doorbell wiring?
Wired models (Ring Pro, Nest Hello) need it and we'll check the transformer voltage. Battery models (Ring Battery, Google Battery) work anywhere.
Will you set up the app on my phone?
Yes. We walk you through the app, set your motion zones, and make sure notifications are working before we leave.
