Frequently asked questions
What if I don't have a C-wire?
Some smart thermostats include a C-wire adapter (Nest does it with a power connector). If yours doesn't and the wiring can't be adapted, we'll let you know before you buy.
Will it work with my HVAC system?
Most 24V forced-air, heat pump, and boiler systems work. We verify compatibility at the old thermostat's wiring before we touch anything.
